Privacy Policy

We don't collect anything. Seriously. We have zero servers, zero trackers, and zero interest in your data. All your 'doing nothing' history is stored locally on your device. The only thing we ask for is notification permission so we can remind you to put your phone down.

Every session you log, every streak you build, every goal you set — it all lives on your device using AsyncStorage. We have no backend, no database, and no way to access anything you do in the app.

Deleting the app permanently deletes all your data. There is no account, no sync, no cloud backup.

If you enable daily reminders, we use your device's native notification system to ping you locally. No notification data is sent to any server. It's all local, all private.

We don't use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services that phone home, or any third-party tracking tools. The app is completely self-contained.

We don't even know how many people use the app unless they tell us.
